Our quality management system relies on several certifications, including AS9120/ISO 9001, ASA100 for distribution, and AS9110/ISO9001, FAA CFR 145, EASA Part 145, UK CAA Part 145, in addition to the FAA CFR Part 5 SMSVP for repair stations. This ensures full traceability, accuracy, compliance, and product safety.

We maintain fully segregated inventories for spares and repairs under the above approvals, ensuring clear separation, accountability, and adherence to all regulatory and customer requirements.

Our in‑house Quality and Safety team works hand‑in‑hand with OEM partners, suppliers and regulatory authorities to uphold industry best practices and exceed customer expectations. Every process is meticulously documented and continually evaluated for improvement, whether we’re onboarding new OEMs, expanding our repair capabilities, or executing contracts that demand exacting requirements. To guarantee the highest standards of compliance, S3 relies on its dedicated Trade Compliance Management Team, which ensures strict adherence to both the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Regular refresher training is provided to all employees to reinforce compliance.
