S3 Repair & S3 International Now One Company Under S3 International

Effective December 9th, 2019: S3 International, with headquarters in Milwaukee, Wisconsin is pleased to announce that in our continued effort to enhance our customer experience and drive operational excellence, S3 Repair Services, LLC (S3 Repair) will be merged into S3 International, LLC on December 9th, 2019.  S3 Repair was established in 2011 as a wholly-owned subsidiary of S3 International and is an FAA (9S3R896B) EASA (145.6559) Certified, OEM-Authorized, and Approved repair center providing component repair and overhaul services. S3 International and S3 Repair are joining forces to provide comprehensive, integrated services that will better support our customer’s aftermarket and repair needs. The merger unites a team of experienced professionals dedicated to providing service that is second to none in our industry. Our customers can expect minimal interruption in the day-to-day operations during the merger.

S3 International’s on-site repair shop is a state-of-the-art component repair facility supporting fixed and rotor-wing aircraft, military, and commercial platforms in: hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanical, electro-mechanical, electrical, landing gear, instruments, and radio. Our repair shop has been approved as an authorized MRO center by highly-regarded OEMs. S3 International is an industry leader with a demonstrated commitment to aerospace quality, innovation, and aviation safety.
