S3 AeroDefense, a leading provider of military aerospace solutions, and Honeycomb Company of America (HCOA), a Florida-based company specializing in complex aero structures, are pleased to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to enhance their cooperative efforts in the marketing and sale of structural components to military and government operators worldwide.
The MOU, effective from June 2023 to June 2026, solidifies the commitment of both S3 AeroDefense and HCOA to work together in the manufacturing and distribution of structural components for all platforms utilized by military and government agencies. Under this agreement, S3 AeroDefense and HCOA will collaborate to expand their presence in the international military and government markets, as well as the domestic and worldwide US military and defense markets.
